If you are driving from Canaries Quarter, head southeast on the main road towards the town of Canaries. Continue on the main road, following the signs towards Soufrière. After approximately 10-15 minutes, you will see signs for Mt Malmaison. Turn left onto a smaller road that leads to the base of Mt Malmaison. Parking may be limited, so be prepared to park along the side of the road.

To reach Mt Malmaison using public transportation, look for a local bus heading towards Soufrière. Buses are generally available at designated stops throughout Canaries Quarter. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off near Mt Malmaison. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach the vicinity of Mt Malmaison, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the base of the mountain.

If you are already near the foot of the mountain, you can walk to Mt Malmaison. Start from the nearest main road in Canaries Quarter and head towards the small road that leads to the mountain. The hike to the peak can be strenuous, so wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring plenty of water. There are no entrance fees to access the mountain, but ensure you’re prepared for a moderately challenging hike.
