    Walking

    From the center of Rodney Bay, start by heading south towards the main road, called the Rodney Bay Road. Walk along this road for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the junction with the Castries-Gros Islet Highway (also known as the A1 road). Cross the road carefully and continue walking in the direction of Gros Islet. After about 15 minutes, you will see signs directing you to Sainte-Luce. Follow the signs for Sainte-Luce, and you may also ask locals for directions to Montravail Forest, as it is a popular destination. Continue walking for about 30 minutes until you reach the entrance to Montravail Forest.

    Public Bus

    From Rodney Bay, head to the nearest bus stop located on the Castries-Gros Islet Highway. Board a bus heading towards Sainte-Luce. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Tell the driver that you are going to Montravail Forest, and they will drop you off at the closest stop. After getting off the bus, walk towards the direction of the forest entrance, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
