From Edisto Island, head northwest on Edisto Beach State Park Rd toward SC-174 N. Continue on SC-174 N for about 12 miles until you reach US-17 N. Merge onto US-17 N and follow it for approximately 35 miles. Take the exit toward US-26 E/Charleston, and merge onto US-26 E. Continue on US-26 E for about 5 miles, then take the exit for Meeting St toward US-17 N. Keep left at the fork to continue on Meeting St, then turn right onto Calhoun St. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Wharfside St, and Sandlapper Water Tours will be on your right at 10 Wharfside St, Charleston, SC 29401.

Once you arrive in Charleston, disembark at the main bus terminal. Head southwest on John St, turn left onto Meeting St, then right onto Calhoun St, and finally left onto Wharfside St to reach Sandlapper Water Tours.
