From any point in Black Hills National Forest, head towards SD-244. If you're near Custer State Park, take US-16A North towards Keystone. Merge onto SD-244. Continue on this road for about 10 miles. You will see signs for Mount Rushmore National Memorial directing you to the right. The entrance is located at 13000 SD-244, Keystone, SD 57751. There is a parking fee of $10 per vehicle, valid for the entire day.
