Car
From any location in Rosebud, start by heading south on SD-87. After about 30 miles, merge onto US-18 W toward Hot Springs. Continue on US-18 W for approximately 22 miles until you reach Hot Springs. Once in Hot Springs, turn left onto N River St, then take a right onto S 7th St. Follow S 7th St, which will lead you directly to the Battle Mountain Sanitarium located at 2500 Minnekahta Ave, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Note that parking is available on-site.
