If you are driving, head east on Donghae Expressway (Expressway 65) from Gangneung. After about 30 kilometers, take the exit for Yangyang and continue on Local Road 7 towards Hajodae Beach. Follow the signs for Hajodae Beach, which will lead you to Hajodaehaean-gil. The beach is located at 35 Hajodaehaean-gil, Hyeonbuk-myeon, Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do. There is parking available near the beach, but note that there might be a parking fee of around 1,000 KRW per hour.
