Getting There

    If you are driving, navigate to Suwon Hwaseong Fortress located at 320-2 Yeonghwa-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do. Use a GPS device or a navigation app and input the coordinates: 37.2871202, 127.0119379. Upon approaching Suwon, follow signs for 'Hwaseong Fortress' which will guide you to the parking area nearby. Parking fees may apply, expect to pay around 2,000 KRW for a few hours.

    Take Line 1 (the dark blue line) on the Seoul Subway from various locations in Gyeonggi Province. If you're coming from the Seoul area, board the subway at the nearest station and head towards Suwon Station.
