Get off at Gyeongbokgung Station (Exit 5). From the station, walk straight ahead for about 10 minutes along Saemunan-ro street until you reach the main entrance of Gyeongbokgung Palace. Cheong Wa Dae Chunchumun Gate is located just a short walk from the palace entrance, so keep an eye on the signs pointing towards Cheong Wa Dae.

If you prefer to take the bus, board a bus heading towards Cheongwadae. Use apps like KakaoMap or Naver Map to find the nearest bus stop and check the bus routes. There are several buses that stop near Cheong Wa Dae, such as Bus 11, 102, or 171. Get off at the Cheong Wa Dae entrance bus stop, and from there, it’s a short walk to Chunchumun Gate. Follow the pathway leading directly to the gate.

If you are in the vicinity of Gyeongbokgung Palace, you can simply walk to Cheong Wa Dae Chunchumun Gate. Head east from the palace exit, walking along the main road (Cheongwadae-ro). The gate is approximately 1 kilometer from the palace and should take around 15-20 minutes to walk. Look for signs indicating the direction of Cheong Wa Dae to ensure you're on the right path.
