Start your journey at any subway station in Seoul. If you are near a subway line, take Line 1 (Blue Line) or Line 3 (Orange Line) and head towards Jongno 3-ga Station. Once you arrive at Jongno 3-ga Station, follow the signs to exit 1. After exiting, walk straight for about 10 minutes, passing by the beautiful Cheonggyecheon Stream on your left. You will reach Sejongno, where Yeonpungmun Gate is located.

If you prefer taking a bus, find a nearby bus stop and look for buses that go to Sejongno. Buses numbered 11, 15, 21, 50, and 7016 frequently pass through this area. Once you board the bus, inform the driver you are going to 'Sejongno'. After approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic, get off at the Sejongno stop. From there, Yeonpungmun Gate is a short walk away; head towards the large green area which is the Sejong Center.

If you are already in the Jongno area and prefer to walk, head towards the main road called Sejong-daero. Walk along Sejong-daero, and you will spot Yeonpungmun Gate on your right-hand side near the Sejong Cultural Center. The gate is an impressive historical landmark that is hard to miss due to its distinctive architecture.
