Getting There

  • Subway

    Start your journey by heading to the nearest subway station. If you are near Myeongdong, take Line 4 (the light blue line) from Myeongdong Station towards Danggogae. Get off at the next stop, which is Chungmuro Station. At Chungmuro Station, transfer to Line 3 (the orange line) and head towards Daehwa. Get off at the fifth stop, which is Gyeongbokgung Station.

    Upon exiting Gyeongbokgung Station, take Exit 2. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Sejong-daero. Turn left and continue walking until you see the entrance to Gyeongbokgung Palace on your right. Continue along the road, which is now Changuimun-ro, for about 900 meters. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the sign indicating the Hill of Poet Yun Dong-ju on your left.
