Getting There

    Start by taking Line 1 (the Blue Line) and board a train heading towards 'Seodongtan'. Depending on your starting location, you may need to transfer to Line 1 at a major station like 'Seoul Station' or 'Jonggak Station'. Get off at 'City Hall Station' (Exit 1). Once you exit the station, walk straight for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection. Turn left and continue walking straight for another 300 meters. You will see the entrance to the Road of Emperor Gojong on your right.

    To reach the Road of Emperor Gojong by bus, find a bus stop near your current location. Take bus number 100, 150, or 262. Make sure to get off at the 'Deoksugung Palace' stop.
