At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenida de la Estación, which will lead you toward the city center. Continue straight until you see the signs for the Castillo de Santa Bàrbara. The walk should take approximately 30 minutes.

You can catch Bus Line 3 from El Palmeral. Head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida de Elche and board the bus towards the city center. Stay on the bus until it reaches the stop 'Plaza de los Luceros'. From there, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes to the castle. Simply follow the signs towards the Castillo de Santa Bàrbara, heading up the hill. The bus fare is approximately €1.50.
