Walking
If you are starting from the Bilbao Abando train station, exit the station and head southeast on Avenida de las Universidades. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the Plaza de Federico Moyúa. From here, take a left onto Gran Vía and walk for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Alameda de Urquijo. Turn right onto this street and continue walking for approximately 600 meters until you reach the Mercado de la Ribera. Once you arrive at the Mercado, Miguel Unamuno Plaza is just a short 5-minute walk away. Head east on Calle de la Ribera, then take a left onto Calle de Ibaiondo, and you will find Miguel Unamuno Plaza on your right.

Public Transport - Metro
From the Plaza Moyúa, enter the Moyúa Metro station and take Line 1 (the Bilbao metro line). Travel towards Etxebarri for two stops, and get off at the ‘Casco Viejo’ station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the old town. Head north on Calle de la Ancha and then turn left onto Calle de la Ribera. Walk straight for about 700 meters until you reach the Mercado de la Ribera. From there, take a right onto Calle de Ibaiondo, and Miguel Unamuno Plaza will be on your right side.
