Merge onto Old Kandy Road, and the Kadugannawa Tunnel will be on your right. There is free parking available nearby.

From Kandy, you can take a bus heading towards Colombo. You will need to get off at Kadugannawa. Buses are frequent and cost around LKR 50-100. Once you arrive in Kadugannawa, walk along the Old Kandy Road for about 1 kilometer to reach the Kadugannawa Tunnel. Alternatively, you can take a tuk-tuk from the bus stop, which should cost approximately LKR 200-300.
