Car
If you are driving to the Millennium Elephant Foundation from Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, start by heading southeast on the main road (A1) towards Kegalle. Continue straight for about 4 kilometers. You will see signs for the Millennium Elephant Foundation on your left side as you approach Rambukkana. Turn left onto the road leading to the foundation, which is approximately 1 kilometer away from the main road.

Public Transportation
To reach the Millennium Elephant Foundation via public transportation, you can take a local bus from the Pinnawala bus station. Look for buses heading towards Kegalle or Rambukkana. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you get off at the Rambukkana stop, you can either walk about 1 kilometer to the foundation or take a three-wheeler (tuk-tuk) for a more comfortable ride.
