If you are driving from Kilinochchi town, head southeast on A9 Road (Nallur Road). Continue for about 15 kilometers until you reach the junction at Manatkadu. Turn left onto the road leading towards Manatkaadu Beach. Keep following the signs towards the beach for approximately 5 kilometers until you arrive at Manatkaadu Beach. Parking is usually available near the beach entrance.
