If you are starting from the Polonnaruwa Archaeological Museum, head south on New Town Road for about 1 kilometer. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Old Town Road. Turn left onto Old Town Road and walk approximately 500 meters until you see the entrance to the Nissankamalla' Bath on your right. The bath is located just a short walk from the main road.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Polonnaruwa. Start at the Polonnaruwa Bus Station and head east on the main road. Continue for about 2 kilometers until you reach the junction at the Old Town area. Turn left onto Old Town Road and ride for another 500 meters. The Old Sluice (Nissankamalla' Bath) will be on your right-hand side, just off the road.
