Walking
If you are starting from the Polonnaruwa Ancient City entrance, head east along the main road, which is the A11. After about 500 meters, you will see the sign for the Archaeological Museum on your left. Continue straight for another 200 meters until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto the main road, continuing towards the ancient city ruins. Walk approximately 1 kilometer and you will come across the ruins of the ancient building, which is located at coordinates X262+G3. Look for the prominent stone structures and signage that mark the area.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Polonnaruwa. Start your journey from the Polonnaruwa Ancient City entrance and cycle east along the A11 road. After cycling for about 1 kilometer, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout and continue straight for another 1 kilometer. You will eventually see the ruins of the ancient building on your left, marked by stone structures and informational signs. Make sure to park your bicycle safely in the designated areas.

Hail a tuk-tuk from your location in Polonnaruwa. Ask the driver to take you to the Ruins of the ancient building, located at X262+G3. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the tuk-tuk can drop you off near the entrance where you can explore the ruins.
