If you're driving in Polonnaruwa, head towards the Polonnaruwa Ancient City area. From the main entrance of the Ancient City, take the road leading towards the Gal Vihara. Continue straight until you reach a junction, then take the left turn. Follow the signs for Uttararama, which is approximately 2 km down this road. You will find it located at coordinates (7.9661981, 81.0047504). There is no specific parking, but you can park along the roadside.

Public Transportation
To reach Uttararama using public transport, take a local bus to the Polonnaruwa bus terminal. From the bus terminal, you can hire a tuk-tuk (auto-rickshaw) which is a common and affordable mode of transportation in Sri Lanka. Inform the driver that you want to go to Uttararama - die vier Statuen. The ride should take approximately 15 minutes and cost around 300-500 LKR depending on your negotiation skills. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.

If you are staying close to the Ancient City, you can also walk to Uttararama. Start from the Polonnaruwa Ancient City entrance and follow the road towards Gal Vihara. After about 2 km, take a left at the junction and continue straight for another 1 km to reach Uttararama. The walk should take around 30-40 minutes. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, as it can be hot.
