Start from the Sigiriya Rock Fortress entrance. Head east on the main road (Sigiriya Road) for about 1 km until you reach the junction with the Pidurangala Road. You will see a sign for Pidurangala Temple on your right. Follow the path leading to the temple, which will eventually lead you to the Ruins of the Old Image House.
