Getting There

Walking
From the center of Ascona, head towards the lakeshore promenade. Walk along the lakefront, enjoying the view. Continue straight until you reach the end of the promenade, where you'll find a large intersection. At this point, turn left onto Via Lugano. Continue walking along this road until you reach the bus stop labeled 'Ascona, Piazza G. Motta'. From there, you can catch a bus towards Lugano. Make sure to take the bus going to 'Lugano, Stazione'. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes.

From Ascona, walk to the bus stop 'Ascona, Piazza G. Motta'. Board the bus number 31 or 33 heading towards Lugano, which departs frequently. Stay on the bus until you reach 'Lugano, Stazione', which is the main train station. Once you get off, head towards the exit and follow the signs to Via Massimiliano Magatti. The Tourist Info Point is located just a short 5-minute walk from the station.
