From Locarno, head to the Locarno train station (Stazione di Locarno). You can walk there in about 10 minutes from the city center. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Colico. The train ride takes approximately 40 minutes. After arriving at Colico station, exit the station and head towards Via Fontanedo, which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs to Via Fontanedo, and when you reach the street, continue walking until you arrive at number 33, where Molino Maufet Watermill & Guesthouse is located.

From Locarno, walk to the main bus station located near the train station. Look for the bus heading towards Colico; the bus number is typically 12 or 14. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach Colico, get off at the stop closest to Via Fontanedo. From there, it will take about a 10-minute walk to reach Via Fontanedo, 33.
