Start at the Locarno train station (Stazione di Locarno). Exit the station and head towards the lakefront by following the signs pointing to 'Lago Maggiore'. Once you reach the lake, turn left and walk along the promenade. Continue walking for about 25 minutes, enjoying the views of the lake. You will pass by several parks and waterfront cafes. Stay on the promenade until you reach the Ponte di Brissago bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will arrive at the ferry terminal. From here, you can take a ferry to Verbania. The ferry ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Verbania, follow the signs to Viale delle Magnolie, which is located near the lakeshore and is within a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal.

From Locarno train station, take bus number 31 towards 'Verbania'. Buses run regularly, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Verbania - Intra' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Viale delle Magnolie. Just head towards the lakefront, and you will find Viale delle Magnolie along the lakeshore.

Head to the Locarno ferry terminal located near the lakefront. You can take a ferry directly to Verbania. The ferry ride takes about 20 minutes, and you should check the schedule beforehand for departure times.
