    If you are driving from Moshi town, head north on B1 towards the Kilimanjaro International Airport. After approximately 8 km, turn right onto the Materuni road (look for signs indicating Materuni Village). Follow this road for about 7 km until you reach the entrance of Materuni Village. There is a parking area available for visitors.

  • Public Transportation (Dala Dala)

    From Moshi town, you can take a Dala Dala (local minibus) heading to Materuni. Look for Dala Dala's near the Moshi bus station, specifically those that list Materuni as one of their stops. The fare is usually around 1,000 TZS. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Materuni bus stop, you may have to walk a short distance to the entrance of the village.
