Walking
From Old Fort, exit the fort area and head towards the main road, which is called Mizingani Road. Walk along Mizingani Road, keeping the ocean on your left side. After about a 5-minute walk, you will reach a junction. Turn left onto Malindi Road. Continue walking straight for another 5 minutes. You will see the Old Dispensary on your right, just before you reach the waterfront.

If you prefer to cycle, check for local bike rental services near Old Fort. Once you have a bicycle, head out of Old Fort and ride towards Mizingani Road. Follow the same path as described above, turning left onto Malindi Road. Cycling should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.
