From Old Fort, exit the fort area and head towards the main road, which is called Mizingani Road. Walk along Mizingani Road, keeping the ocean on your left side. After about a 5-minute walk, you will reach a junction. Turn left onto Malindi Road. Continue walking straight for another 5 minutes. You will see the Old Dispensary on your right, just before you reach the waterfront.
