Board the bus heading towards 'Westgate Mall' and stay on for about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Amarillo Blvd and Comanchero Trail. From there, you will need to walk about 0.5 miles to the zoo. Head south on Comanchero Trail, following the signs for the Amarillo Zoo, which will be on your right.
