If you are starting from the San Angelo Visitor Center located at 418 W Avenue B, exit the Visitor Center and head west on W Avenue B toward S Chadbourne St. Turn left onto S Chadbourne St and walk for about 0.3 miles until you reach W 1st St. Turn right onto W 1st St and continue for 0.5 miles. You will pass by the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts on your left. Once you reach S Oakes St, turn left and walk for another 0.3 miles. Kirby Park will be on your right at 1401 Edmund Blvd.
Biking
From the San Angelo River Walk, which is a popular biking route, head north along the river until you reach the intersection with Edmund Blvd. Turn left and bike on Edmund Blvd for about 1 mile. Kirby Park will be on your left at 1401 Edmund Blvd. Make sure to follow bike lanes wherever available.
Public Transport
From the nearest bus stop, which can be found at the corner of S Oakes St and W 1st St, take the bus route that heads towards the San Angelo Mall. Request to get off at the bus stop nearest to the intersection of Edmund Blvd and S Oakes St. From there, walk south on S Oakes St for a short distance until you reach Kirby Park, located at 1401 Edmund Blvd.
