You will pass by the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts on your left. Once you reach S Oakes St, turn left and walk for another 0.3 miles. Kirby Park will be on your right at 1401 Edmund Blvd.

From the San Angelo River Walk, which is a popular biking route, head north along the river until you reach the intersection with Edmund Blvd. Turn left and bike on Edmund Blvd for about 1 mile. Kirby Park will be on your left at 1401 Edmund Blvd. Make sure to follow bike lanes wherever available.
