From Mae Hong Son town, head to the Mae Hong Son bus station. Look for buses heading to Khun Yuam. These buses usually run several times a day. The journey takes about 1-1.5 hours. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the entrance to Namtok Mae Surin National Park. The bus will drop you off at the main road near the park entrance.

Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
You can also catch a songthaew from the center of Mae Hong Son. Look for one that is heading towards Khun Yuam or the park. Negotiate the fare before getting in; it should be around 50-100 Baht per person. The songthaew will drop you off at the entrance of Namtok Mae Surin National Park.

Motorbike Taxi
If you prefer a faster option, you can hire a motorbike taxi from Mae Hong Son town. This is a more direct but more expensive option. Agree on a price before starting your journey; it should cost around 200-300 Baht. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, and the driver will take you directly to the park entrance.

If you are staying close to the park, you can walk to Namtok Mae Surin National Park. The park is located about 13 km from Mae Hong Son town. Take the rural road (4009) heading west. Follow the signs for the park. Be prepared for a long walk, and ensure you have enough water and supplies.
