From Mae Hong Son town, head to the Mae Hong Son bus station located near the center of town. Look for the local buses heading towards Khun Yuam. These buses typically run every hour. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the Namtok Mae Surin National Park entrance, which is on Rural Road 4009. The bus ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive, the park entrance will be well marked.

You can hire a tuk-tuk from anywhere in Mae Hong Son. Negotiate a fare with the driver to take you to Namtok Mae Surin National Park. The journey will take about 1 hour. Make sure to confirm that the driver knows the location (4009 Rural Rd, Tambon Mae U Kho). It's advisable to agree on a return time as well.

Motorbike Taxi
If you're comfortable with riding, you can take a motorbike taxi from Mae Hong Son to Namtok Mae Surin National Park. Go to a local market or street corner where motorbike taxis are available.
