From Caroni, head east on the Caroni South Bank Road (also known as the Caroni Road) towards the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway. Merge onto the highway heading in the direction of San Fernando. Continue on the highway for approximately 15 km until you reach the interchange for the Southbound Highway. Take the exit towards the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway. Follow the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway for about 25 km. Take the exit for the Claude Noel Highway towards Tobago. Continue on the Claude Noel Highway until you reach Scarborough. Use GPS coordinates: 11.1718666, -60.7236172 to find Bacolet Beach. There is usually no entry fee for the beach, but parking may cost around TTD 20-30.
