Make sure to pay the park entrance fees at the gate, which is approximately 40,000 UGX for foreign non-residents.

For those using public transportation, take a bus or shared taxi from Kampala to Pakwach. Upon arrival in Pakwach, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) to the Tangi entrance gate of Murchison Falls National Park. The distance from Pakwach to the gate is about 20 kilometers. Ensure to agree on a fare before the ride; it should typically cost around 10,000 UGX. Upon arrival at the gate, remember to pay the park entrance fee.
