From Sebei, you can take a public bus heading to Kapchorwa. Buses frequently leave from the central bus station in Sebei. Once you arrive at the Kapchorwa bus station, you can either take a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) or walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach Kissis Resort. The boda boda ride will cost around 2,000-3,000 UGX.
