To reach the House of the Binns in Linlithgow from Edinburgh, start by heading to Edinburgh Waverley Station. You can take a tram or bus to Waverley if you are not already nearby. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Linlithgow. Trains to Linlithgow leave regularly and the journey takes about 20-30 minutes. Upon arrival at Linlithgow Station, exit the station and turn left onto Station Road. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the A803. Follow the A803 for about 1 mile, then turn right onto Binns View. The House of the Binns will be on your left.

From Edinburgh City Centre, head to the bus stop at St Andrew Square. Look for the Lothian Buses service number 45 or 47, which goes to Linlithgow. The bus journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Linlithgow, get off at the stop nearest to the House of the Binns. From the bus stop, walk down the street towards the House of the Binns, which is a short 10-minute walk away.
