Take the exit towards A762, then at the roundabout, take the first exit onto A762 and follow the signs for Brighouse Bay. After approximately 2 miles, you will arrive at Brighouse Bay. There is parking available on-site.

    From Kirkcudbright, take the bus service to Castle Douglas. Board the bus at the Kirkcudbright Bus Station. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the beach area. Please note that bus fares vary; expect to pay around £4-£6 for the full journey.
