    If you are starting from Manchester Piccadilly Station, exit the station and head towards the main street, Piccadilly. From there, turn right onto Ducie Street, walk straight until you reach the junction with the A635(M) (also known as Mancunian Way). Cross the road safely at the traffic lights and continue onto Deansgate. Keep walking straight until you reach the junction with Bridgewater Street. Turn left onto Bridgewater Street, and you will see the entrance to Castlefield Basin at the end of the street, which is located along the Bridgewater Canal Tow Path.
