Walking
Start at the city center of Newcastle upon Tyne, at the Monument (the large column in the middle of the square). From there, head south onto Grainger Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and walk until you reach the Quayside. Once at the Quayside, head east along the riverfront until you see the Millennium Bridge. Cross the bridge, and then follow the path along the south bank of the River Tyne. Continue walking along the river until you reach the Ouse Burn, which will be on your left. The stepping stones are located near the point where the Ouse Burn meets the River Tyne.
