Walking
From the Quayside area, head north on the Quayside walkway towards the Tyne Bridge. As you walk, enjoy the scenic views of the River Tyne and the iconic bridges. Continue walking until you reach the end of the Quayside walkway, where you will see the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art on your left. Cross over the bridge towards the BALTIC and head up the hill to the main road, Gateshead Quays. Once on Gateshead Quays, turn right and follow the road until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the A167(M) slip road. Continue on this road until you reach the exit for the city center and then merge onto the A186. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Stoddart Street. The Biscuit Factory will be on your left at 16 Stoddart St, Shieldfield, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1AN. This walk should take approximately 25 minutes.

From Quayside, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the Quayside itself. Check the local bus timetable for the next bus heading towards Shieldfield. You can take the 'Q3' bus which is a direct route to Stoddart Street. The fare for a single journey is approximately £2.00. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop named 'Stoddart Street'. After getting off, The Biscuit Factory will be a short walk away. Look for the building at 16 Stoddart St. The entire journey including waiting time should take about 20-30 minutes.
