After exiting the tram, walk for about 10 minutes along the road towards Stonebridge Road. Continue straight until you reach Stonebridge City Farm, which will be on your left.

If you're staying in Nottingham city centre, you can walk to Stonebridge City Farm. Head east on Upper Parliament Street, then turn left onto the A60 (North Church Street). Follow this road as it becomes Mansfield Road, then continue until you reach the junction with Stonebridge Road. Turn right onto Stonebridge Road and continue walking for about 15-20 minutes. Stonebridge City Farm will be on your left.
