Walking
If you're starting from Nottingham Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the front where you will see the tram stop. Walk straight down Station Street until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Canal Street, which will lead you past a number of shops. Continue on Canal Street until you reach the junction with Fletcher Gate. Turn left onto Fletcher Gate, and Citylife UK will be on your right at number 20A.

From Nottingham city center, find the nearest tram stop, which is likely to be Old Market Square. Board a tram heading towards Clifton South. Ride for about 5 stops until you reach the 'Royal Centre' stop. Alight here and walk down South Parade. Continue straight until you reach Fletcher Gate. Turn left on Fletcher Gate, and you will find Citylife UK at 20A on your right.

If you are at the Broadmarsh Bus Station, exit the station and head towards the city center. Walk to the main street, and you can catch any bus heading towards the Royal Centre or Fletcher Gate. Buses such as the 35 or 50 will take you in that direction. Get off at the Fletcher Gate stop, which is directly in front of Citylife UK at 20A.
