Start from the main entrance of Nottingham Castle. Head towards the exit and turn right onto Nottingham Castle Road. Continue straight for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Peveril Drive. Turn left onto Peveril Drive. The Cliff of Nottingham Castle will be on your right-hand side, just a short walk from the intersection. Look for the designated pathways leading to the cliff area.

If you prefer using public transport, walk to the nearest bus stop, located at the top of Nottingham Castle Road. Take the Nottingham City Transport bus number 35, which heads towards Lenton. After about 5 minutes, get off at the Peveril Drive stop. From there, walk back along Peveril Drive towards the cliff, which will be on your left side. This option may incur a small fare of around £2.50 for a single journey.
