If you're driving from Perth, take the A9 northbound towards Inverness. After approximately 21 miles, take the exit toward A822/Aberfeldy. Continue on A822 for about 11 miles until you reach Aberfeldy. Once in Aberfeldy, follow local signs towards the Tomnadashan Mine, located just outside the village. You can park in the nearby designated parking area. The mine is a short walk from the parking area.

To reach Tomnadashan Mine by public transport, take a train from Perth to Dunkeld & Birnam station. From there, you can catch a bus heading to Aberfeldy (Service number 23 or similar). The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once in Aberfeldy, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach the mine. Follow signs towards the mine or ask locals for directions. Make sure to check bus schedules in advance as they may vary.
