Walking
If you're starting from the Stirling city center, head north on the pedestrianized King Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the B8051 (also known as the Stirling Bridge). Follow B8051 for about 15 minutes. As you walk, you'll pass shops and cafes, providing a vibrant atmosphere. Stay on the B8051 until you see signs for Stirling Castle. The viewpoint will be on your right, just before the entrance to the castle. You should see a path leading up to the viewpoint.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Stirling Bus Station, board any bus heading towards the 'Stirling Castle' direction. Most buses will have 'Castle' in their destination name. The bus ride takes approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the Castle. After exiting the bus, walk up the remaining path towards the castle. The viewpoint will be accessible from here and is just a short walk away.

For a more convenient option, you can use a local taxi service or rideshare app. Simply enter 'Stirling Castle viewpoint' or 'Stirling Castle' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the castle. From there, it’s a quick walk to the viewpoint.
