Getting There

If you are in Dixie National Forest, start by heading towards Highway 14. Depending on your exact location within the forest, follow the signs to Highway 14. Once on Highway 14, head southeast towards Cedar City. Continue on Highway 14 for approximately 15 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 148. Turn left onto Highway 148 and follow it for about 10 miles until you reach the Pine Valley Area. Look for Pine Valley Recreation Area signs. From there, you may need a high-clearance vehicle to access the trails leading into the Pine Valley Mountain Wilderness.
