If you're starting from the Logan City Library located at 255 N Main St, head east on 400 N until you reach the intersection with Main St. Turn left onto Main St and walk north until you reach the intersection with 700 N. Turn right onto 700 N, and continue walking until you reach 780 E 700 N. Morty's Cafe will be on your left.

From the USU Campus (if you're near), take the Cache Valley Transit District bus route 5 towards Logan City Center. Get off at the 700 N stop. From there, walk east on 700 N for about 10 minutes until you reach Morty's Cafe at 780 E 700 N. It will be on your right.
