Start your journey in downtown Moab. Head south on Main Street until you reach the intersection with 400 South. Turn left onto 400 South and continue until it merges into Spanish Valley Drive. Follow Spanish Valley Drive for about 3 miles. Look for the entrance to Moonflower Canyon on your left, marked by a small sign. The trailhead is located at the end of the road, where you can begin your hike into the canyon.

Turn left onto 400 South and continue straight, which will turn into Spanish Valley Drive. Continue biking for approximately 3 miles until you see the entrance to Moonflower Canyon on your left.
