    To get to First Encampment Park using the bus, start by finding the nearest bus stop. If you are near downtown Salt Lake City, you can catch the UTA Bus Route 9, which travels south. Board the bus and stay on it for approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop called '1600 S & 700 E.' From the bus stop, walk east for about 0.5 miles along 1600 South Street until you reach the intersection with 900 East. Turn left (north) on 900 East, and you will see First Encampment Park on your right after a short walk.

Walk along this road until you reach the intersection with 1600 South. The park is located just off this intersection on the east side of 900 East.
