Start from the center of Vernal, at the Vernal City Park. Head east on 500 North until you reach 1500 East. Turn left (north) onto 1500 East and continue cycling for about 2 miles. When you reach 500 South, turn right (east) and follow the road as it curves. Continue straight until you reach McConkie Road. Turn left (north) onto McConkie Road and keep cycling until you reach the McConkie Ranch Petroglyphs, located at 6228 McConkie Rd. The petroglyphs will be on your right.

Begin your journey at the Vernal Public Library located at 204 South 100 East. Walk south on 100 East until you reach 100 South. Turn left (east) on 100 South and continue until you reach 1500 East. Turn right (south) onto 1500 East and walk for about 2 miles. When you reach 500 South, turn left (east) and continue straight until you reach McConkie Road. From here, turn left (north) onto McConkie Road and walk until you reach the McConkie Ranch Petroglyphs at 6228 McConkie Rd, which will be located on your right.
