Start at the Registan Square, which is a central point in Samarkand. From there, head northeast on Mirzo Ulughbek Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Tashkent Road. Turn right onto Tashkent Road and walk approximately 1 kilometer. The Observatory of Ulugbek will be on your left, marked by a small sign. The entrance is located just off the main road.

From Registan Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Mirzo Ulughbek Street. Take bus number 1 or 8 heading towards Tashkent Road. The bus will take you directly to the Observatory of Ulugbek. Disembark at the stop nearest to the observatory, which is a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs to the entrance.
