From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main exit of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, you will be facing the Vatican City wall. Turn left and walk along the wall until you reach the main gate (Porta Sant'Anna). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di S. Giovanni in Laterano. Turn right onto Via di S. Giovanni in Laterano, and continue walking for approximately 10-15 minutes. Ludus Magnus will be on your left side at the address: Via di S. From the Sistine Chapel, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). This will take about 5 minutes. Board the bus number 64 or 81. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Colosseo'. From there, walk towards Via di S. Giovanni in Laterano, which will take about 10 minutes.
