Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance and turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, head towards the colonnade and exit the square onto Via della Conciliazione. After about 500 meters, you will reach Piazza di San Chiara. The Palazzo Santa Chiara will be at number 14 on your left.

Public Transport
From the Sistine Chapel, walk back to Viale Vaticano and take a left. Walk straight to the Ottaviano subway station (Metro Line A). Take the metro towards Anagnina and get off at the next stop, which is Lepanto. From Lepanto station, exit the station and walk straight to Via della Conciliazione. Cross over to Piazza di San Chiara, and Palazzo Santa Chiara will be at number 14 on your left.

If you prefer a taxi, exit the Sistine Chapel and ask a staff member to help you call a taxi or look for a taxi stand nearby. Inform the driver to take you to Palazzo Santa Chiara at P.za di S. Chiara, 14. The ride should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic.
